Mr. Lindenmuth was born in 1940, raised and educated in Chicago, Illinois and passed away in 2014.

After high school graduation, he enlisted in The U.S. Army. He served as an anti-aircraft missleman from April, 1959 until he was honorably discharged in May, 1962.

He began his higher education in the pre-medical school curriculum at Loyola University of Chicago where he attended from 1962-1966. During that time he was trained as a surgical technician at St. Anne's Hospital where he worked alongside orthopedic surgeons in the emergency room and surgical suites. His intellectual pursuits changed and in 1967 he entered Loyola University of Law where he graduated with the degree of Juris Doctor in 1970. Mr. Lindenmuth immediately began his career as a trial lawyer, representing injured persons across the northern half of Illinois. By then the firm had grown to twenty-five lawyers - one of the largest plaintiff law firms in the United States. In his twenty-four years in Illinois, Mr. Lindenmuth had come to represent thousands of injured clients in the areas of automobile collisions, defective products, medical malpractice, fall downs, construction site injuries and worker's compensation. He tried many cases before juries, some resulting in record verdicts. He also tried many cases before the Illinois Industrial Commission and became recognized by his peers as an expert in complex injury cases and work-related heart attacks. That recognition resulted in his achieving an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell in 1982. He is also the subject of biographical record in the second edition of "Who's Who in American Law" and the tenth edition of "Who's Who in the World".

Mr. Lindenmuth is also listed in America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals.

He has served on numerous committees and lectured on many occasions. He also served as a member of the panel of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.

In 1996, Mr. Lindenmuth obtained his license to practice law in Colorado. Since then he has assisted several Boulder and Denver lawyers in the preparation and trial of their cases. In 2003 he became of counsel to the law firm of Larry D. Lee, P.C. He has assisted in the preparation, settlement and trial of cases yielding seven figure results.
