Mr. Lee again produced the annual Blockbuster Auto Seminars for the benefit of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Lee has written a chapter on Defenses to Automobile Cases for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association Auto Litigation Handbook (updated annually).

Mr. Lee has been invited to serve on the Board of Directors for the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.

Mr. Lee has been invited by James Publishing Co. to write its treatise entitled HANDLING MIST (Moderate Impact Soft Tissue) CASES, which will be a practice guide that provides detailed instructions on how to tackle a soft tissue injury case from inception through trial. The main text will be supported by sample forms, practice tips, cautionary notes, and strategic advice gleaned from the author's experience. A CD-Rom containing sample forms will accompany the book. Mr. Lee is considering the invitation.

The law firm of Larry D. Lee, P.C. is already scheduling substantial cases for trial in various jurisdictions in 2009.
